Beware of Unofficial Contractors
Due to the fact that your company information is available through the IACP 2024 website, there are unauthorized companies who will capture and use this information. IACP does not sell exhibitor contact information to any third-party vendor. These companies will use this information and the IACP name to “remind you” that you haven’t ordered a specific service, offer to help you find housing, sell you an attendee list or promote advertising opportunities.
Please keep in mind the following:
- IACP conference attendee lists are not made public or available to any third-party vendor. Exhibitors will receive the pre-conference list directly from IACP. This is the only valid attendee list available.
- While exhibitors have the ability to use outside contractors for non-exclusive services, please beware of added costs (such as material handling) that you may incur by not using an authorized contractor.
Please research any vendors which are not listed above and avoid making any “quick” decisions if pressured.
If you receive a solicitation and are unsure whether or not it is legitimate, please contact the IACP Exhibits Team at ExhibitsEmail@theiacp.org.
